Prospective suppliers are encouraged to visit with the city department users. However, in exercising professional courtesy, it is suggested to first visit with the purchasing agent. The purchasing agent will help to direct the prospective supplier to the departments which utilize their specific product and/or service:

• Prospective suppliers of materials, supplies or services may request to be added to the City of Lamesa's bidders list by faxing or mailing a request to the purchasing agent
• After being added to the bidder list, suppliers must remain active by participating in the bidding process. Suppliers that fail to participate over a period of time will be dropped from the active bidder list
• The City of Lamesa purchasing agent should be notified of any changes in name, address, telephone number, contact person, and additions or deletions of available items
